And within 2 days got a new one! They stand by there products and are so easy to work with!!!

Super happy with my purchase of the Hailey Side Pocket and add on pouch. Will be perfect for an upcoming trip to Europe, and at home for entertainment/sports venues where you can no longer bring in larger bags. It's perfect, well made, and stylish! PS Great customer service if needed also!

I 100% agree with the customer who wrote "Great products, even better customer service!" I have had nothing but good experiences with Bandolier. While their products are pricy, they stand by the quality, which I so appreciate. The couple times that I've had an issue, the customer service team is quick to get it resolved! I appreciate that they don't give me the run-around and instead they just fix the problem and fast. Thank you Bandolier!
